As a Certified Mental Performance Coach, former college athlete, high school coach, and educator with a Master’s Degree in Education, I understand the pressure young athletes face and the peace of mind parents want for them.
I’ve seen both sides of the game: the athlete who trains hard but battles self-doubt, and the parent who just wants to see their child play with confidence and joy again.
With over a decade of daily meditation practice and years in coaching, education, and leadership, I bring a unique blend of experience and neuroscience-backed strategies to help athletes thrive under pressure, in competition and in life.
